I am so excited that you are thinking about joining Panhellenic and taking part in the recruitment process! This is such a special time, and on behalf of our entire Panhellenic community, I cannot wait for you to experience everything that recruitment has to offer as a Potential New Member.

As the Vice President of Recruitment, it is truly an honor to help guide you through this journey. Recruitment is more than just a series of events—it’s an opportunity to meet amazing women, hear meaningful stories, and discover where you feel most at home. While it can feel a little overwhelming at times, it is also incredibly exciting, and every moment is part of what makes this experience so memorable.

Panhellenic sisterhood is something truly unique. It’s about building connections that last far beyond your college years, finding women who will support you, celebrate you, and stand beside you through life’s highs and lows. Each chapter offers something special, and there is a place where you will be able to grow, thrive, and be your authentic self.

My biggest advice is to trust the process and trust yourself. Go into each conversation with an open mind and an open heart. Be genuine, be confident in who you are, and know that you belong here.
