Choosing Panhellenic in the Fall of 2024 has truly changed my life for the better. Coming into college from out of state and leaving the only world I knew behind, I was fearful I would never find my footing so far away. I didn’t originally envision myself in a sorority, but I can confidently say that signing up five days before registration closed was one of the best last minute decisions I’ve ever made.
Joining Panhellenic has taught me so much about myself and others. I’ve learned the value of surrounding yourself with determined, smart, kind and like-minded women. I’ve learned the importance of having patience and being willing and open to listening. Panhellenic has brought me true friendship and support. It also reminded me how much I love to take one leadership and collaborate with others.
Serving as Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion has been one of my greatest honors. This position has presented me with obstacles I didn’t know I would be able to overcome. It gave me the opportunity to explore my passions and share it with our Panhellenic community. Not to mention the eight incredible women that are beside me throughout this journey on the executive board. Thank you to everyone in the Panhellenic community. We wouldn’t be who we are on this campus without you. You all matter and you all have the ability to find yourself and make an impact just as I have.
